Villas on their own plots
Our aim is to deliver individual Villas/Homes from designs specified by you on plots chosen by you. We have many selective plots of land - in the Apokoronas region Almirida, Gavalohori, Kambia, Kefalas, Vamos and many more locations. We will show you the land and help you to find a location where you would like to live. All the land we have has either sea or mountain views - or both.
We have a selection of suggested designs, which can be enhanced by you with help from our experienced architects to achieve the home you desire. We (and our architects) will help you design the exact house you want. This could be 3 bed / 2 bed / traditional / modern / stone / one level / two level ... etc and it will be located on the plot where you want to live. We will then agree a price, draw up a contract - detailing exactly what you'll get for your money.

Developments
We also offer 'developments', these are a small group of homes, often with a shared pool, pre-designed as a group or designed and built to the necessary standards to receive a Greek license for rental. Here, because they are effectively shared plots with several homes which may all be licensed for rental, we have had to specify exactly what we are building so that future owners can see the overall plot plan and location of the pool, etc.
